• Damages, Shortages & Overages Retailer needs to check products once received. If there is any defect, retailer has to inform WDG account representative within 24 hours. The replacement will be send or additional discount will be issued for the damaged product. Retailers shall not deduct the cost of shorted merchandise from the payments. WDG Distributor will issue a credit memo for any unfilled or shorted product if reported to us within 24 hours of the Customer’s receipt of the shipment. Also, WDG Distributor appreciates the Customer’s honesty in reporting the receipt of any merchandise for which the Customer is not billed, and will re-imburse the Customer for the freight costs incurred when returning such overages.

Retailers are able to submit an order via Website, Line or Facebook. However, retailer’s order is still not confirm once submit. The order will confirm by admin and all products will be reserved for 24 hours after quotation/order confirmation is issued and sent to retailers. All orders must be prepaid in full.

WDG reserves the right to cancel orders, at any time and from time to time, for any merchandise, without responsibility therefore, in whole or in part, for goods cause including manufacturers’ cancellation, unacceptable delays, poor quality, or insufficient orders. Occasionally, We may find it is necessary to change pricing or discounts after orders are received. In this case, retailers shall have the right to reduce or cancel orders on those items affected within 72 hours.
